ALPHA – entry level flexo press
The class leading compact flexopress that sets the bench mark in
terms of quality, size and output. The Award-Winning Alpha is a
compact three, four or five colour flexopress for 250 mm and 330 mm
web widths with a footprint of just 2.5 m². Now expandable upto 9
colours within a footprint of 5 sq. mtrs.!
Despite its size and remarkably low price tag, the Alpha makes no
compromises when it comes to print quality. It employs the same
helical-geared print heads as the Beta.
Plus a wealth of options are available for the Alpha.

BETA
With over 70 installations
worldwide, the Edale Beta
is a highly versatile
modular flexographic
printing press available in
a 330mm web width.
Designed for easy accessibility and flexibility, the Beta enables
simple, fast and accurate adjustments. With the capacity to
incorporate up to 14 print stations and 3 converting stations,
the modular design makes upgrades simple and allows for a wide
range of additional options.
GAMMA
The Edale Gamma is a
dual servo flexographic
printing and converting
system combining the
finest print quality with
innovative features
ensuring high speed
changeovers, minimum downtime and minimum wastage. The
Gamma is fully servo driven, providing pre-register, auto-register
and print length control features. This, combined with the
revolutionary print head design, ensures job change times and
setup wastage are kept to a minimum with the ability to perform
a print head colour change in under 1 min 30 seconds. The
Gamma's 'Plug & Play' converting section allows the user to
swap in and out different converting, laminating, winding or
printing
options to facilitate the production of added-value products.
LAMBDA
Developed through years
of experience in the

printing and
converting machinery, the
Edale Lambda has
become the most flexible
converting solution on the market. The Lambda's 'Plug & Play'
technology enables almost any process or web path configuration
which, when combined with Edale's extensive inventory of
converting options, makes the Lambda the ultimate solution for
